Ero in Uk – a Bath per la precisione- ben 15 anni fa, ventenne a fare il cameriere e cosa altrimenti? per prendere il National insurance number ci misi mezz’ora, la coda non c’era e trovavi lavoro in un pomeriggio. Paga 3.60 pound l’ora: una miseria con la lira svalutata. Di italiani era pieno anche all’epoca, vita da cinesi e occhi da furbi, lavapiatti e camerieri quando in Italia nelle cucine ci sono solo cingalesi e in sala ragazze rumene. Perchè?
